We offer prompt and professional service and ensure customer satisfaction by listening to honest critique through follow-up contact. We endeavour to complete wherever possible breakdown work on our customers' premises, minimizing downtime thereby allowing production schedules to be adhered to. Selacs guarantees prompt breakdown service, usually within 24 hours of receiving the call (most calls could be attended to on the same day). Loan scales are an option (if available) when equipment needs to be removed from site. Selacs would appreciate the opportunity to provide a free quotation to repair, maintain and/or supply weighing equipment that may be required by your organisation.
